EHEDG Activities in 2010




2nd EHEDG MACEDONIAN REGIONAL SECTION INFO-DAY (SHTIP)

2nd Macedonian Regional Section Informative Meeting take place on the 21st of September 2010, in the hall of the municipality of Shtip.

The event was organized in cooperation with the city Shtip and the Center of Development of the Eastern plan Region. The event was attended by economic entities, institutions and individuals from the whole eastern region.

Dragica Zdraveska, the director of the Center of Development of the Eastern plan Region, had the opening speech. 

After that, followed the presentation for the EHEDG Macedonian Regional Section by Prof. Dr Vladimir Kakurinov, who talked about the recent activities of the section.

M.Sci. Snezana Kakurinova, the executive director of Consulting and Training Center KEY, had a presentation about the ways of joining EHEDG Macedonian Regional Section.

The event was covered by national and local television and radio stations such as: TV Iris, TV Star, Chanel 77, Radio Shtip, A1, Chanel 5 and MIA.





3rd EHEDG MACEDONIAN REGIONAL SECTION INFO-DAY (TETOVO)

On the 22d september, 2010, the 3rd EHEDG Macedonian Regional Section Informative Meeting was held in the facilities of municipility Tetovo, in the Department of Local Economic Developement.

At this event were present food producers and processors, food equipement manufacturers, reserach institutions, inspectorates and individuals from the Polog plan region.

Prof. d-r Vladimir Kakurinov, the president of the Macedonian Regional Section, opened the meeting and introduced participants with the EHEDG Macedonian Regional Section and activities undertaken in the past period. 

MSci. Snezana Kakurinova, the executive director of Consulting and training center KEY, explained a little more about the membership in this organization and the benefits that come with it.

The event was marked and covered by local televizion stations like KIS and Koha





4th EHEDG MACEDONIAN REGIONAL SECTION INFO-DAY (SV. NIKOLE)

On the 11th of october, 2010, the 4th EHEDG Macedonian Regional Section Informative Meeting take place in Sveti Nikole, by Consulting and Training Center KEY.

Beekeepers and honey producers, feed manufacturers, milk and meat processors, fruit and vegetable producers and processors, representatives from Consulting companies and NGO's as well as Local representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy attended this event.

The goals of this international organization, as well as the benefits from becoming a member were explained at the meeting. 

The attendees were informed for the upcoming World Congress of EHEDG which will be held in Ohrid, Macedonia, from the 21st till the 25th of September, 2011.

The event was covered by the local televizion station TV Svet (TV World).





5th EHEDG MACEDONIAN REGIONAL SECTION INFO-DAY (KUMANOVO)

On the 17th of december, 2010, the 5th EHEDG Macedonian Regional Section Informative Meeting was held in Kumanovo, by Consulting and training center KEY.

The goals of this international organization, as well as the benefits of membership were explained at the meeting. Participants were informed for the upcoming World Congress of EHEDG for hygienic engineering and design 2011, which will take place in Ohrid, Macedonia, from the 21st till the 25th of September, 2011.

Representatives from the baking industry, feed manufacturers, beekeepers, milk producers and processors, and spices manufacturers, Non-Govermental Organizations, Local representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy attended this event. 

The meeting was covered by the local televizion station TV Nova.



EHEDG CONFERENCE IN ST. PETERSBURG - RUSSIA

On the 4th and 5th of October, 2010, an EHEDG Conference for hygienic engineering and design was held in St. Petersburg, Russia, organized by RUSFoST. At the Conference were present Regional Sections presidents from 30 countries in the world, and also representatives from food and equipment manufacturing companies from St. Petersburg and all over Russia.

The programme at the Conference was focused around the latest accomplishments in the area of innovative technologies, food safety, development and design of equipment for food and the latest trends in the food industry.

Prof. d-r Vladimir Kakurinov had an expose at the congress as the President of the Macedonian Regional Section of EHEDG. 

For exceptional commitment and realization of all of the planed activities in the first year of its existence, the honour of hosting the First World Congress of EHEDG went to the Macedonian Regional Section. EHEDG World Congress was schedulled to take place in Hotel Granit in Ohrid, Macedonia from the 21st till the 25th September of 2011.

TRANSLATION OF EHEDG GUIDELINES

One of the activities for 2010 was translation of EHEDG Guidelines. EHEDG macedonian Regional Section managed to translate 12 Guideline or one per month as was set in the activity plan for that year. The selection of each document was done by EHEDG Secretariat.

Each selected Document was translated in Macedonian first and afterward it was given for proofreading to experts for the topic that is elaborated in the Document. Following 12 Guidelines were recommended and translated:
